so...that... 如此……以致于……
so... that... 句型中的so是副词，常常用来修饰形容词或副词。
一、主语+谓语+so+形容词+ that从句。
1）She is so young that she can't look after herself.
2）The weather is so fine that we decide to go for a walk.
3) The old man is so handsome that many old women like him.
4) He was so angry that he couldn't say a word.
二、主语+谓语+so+副词+ that从句。
1) The boy ran so fast that I couldn't catch him.
2) He speaks English so fluently that I admire him very much.
3) He teaches English so well that many students have entered the best schools.
4) The car ran so quickly that it fell in the lake.
